Allison- My husband’s father is Dutch and grew-up outside of Amsterdam [Rotterdam I think]. When Ben and I visited we learned a little something: do not stand alone on a bridge, over the canal, unless you’re looking for “business.”

I’m pretty sure that if I had a tv hanging over my tub, i’d never get out. Of course I would need a mini-fridge within arms’ reach for my wine. Then I really would stay there forever.
